Shipping and Handling Information

We ship as quickly as possible and always reasonably priced with United States Postal Service. Actual shipping time is contingent upon the availability of the merchandise, order day and credit verification. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of any delay, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or fax. We suggest your order be sent via USPS Express Mail International; however, we can ship via USPS Priority International in a Flat Rate box, though there is no insurance or tracking. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice. International Orders:  Duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Information:

For Overseas Orders:
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master, Diners Club and Discover. We also accept certified checks, money orders, travelers checks all in USA dollars.  For bank transfers e-mail markrobbins@execommsys.com for bank details. There is a $25.00 USD charge levied by our bank for bank transfers that will be added to your order.

Shipping Overseas: The shipping and billing address "MUST" be the same as the billing statement address.  We will not ship to an alternate address. (This is for your protection from mail order fraud.) We can ship your order via UPS, TNT, BAX Global, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International, or International Federal Express, depending on the weight, value and destination of your merchandise.

Important International Shipping Information:

Sorry, but we are not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, customs or taxes, which you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you. We recommend shipping all international orders via USPS Express Mail International, and not air parcel post, as they can be easily tracked. Your order can also be shipped via FEDEX or UPS, although the fees are slightly higher and they provide tracking.

Please be aware that your order may be in your local customs office and they may or may not contact you upon its arrival or prior to delivery. Upon arrival in the destination country and upon clearing customs, your item may be awaiting transfer to the delivery agent for delivery to you. The amount of time varies and depends upon the agent.  In some instances, you maybe required to pick-up your order directly from the post office or customs office. All undeliverable international orders will be returned to us. Prior to shipping your order we will provide you with an estimated delivery date via e-mail, as supplied to us by the shipper. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping or orders that maybe held in customs. Consult your local government import or customs office with any questions and for further information. Shipping, Handling and Insurance costs are in addition to the item purchase price.

Delivery for USPS Express Mail International is typically six to ten business days - not including Saturday, Sunday or holidays; however, it can take longer for the item to be delivered, depending on the destination country, delivery agent and or any customs delays.  Please note that after an item leaves the US, all updated scan information is provided by the destination country up to the actual delivery.
