Executive Communication Systems only collects sales tax on orders sold or shipped in Hawaii.

 

Customer Information:

 

The special low prices quoted for products appearing on this website are internet only prices, and are not valid for sales using a purchase order. All sales must be paid for by credit card and must be ordered via telephone, fax or e-mail and do not include delivery, freight, set-up or installation. All items subject to stock on hand and product availability.

 

Prices and refund policy on products purchased from our store at 33 South King Street, Suite 130, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, may differ from the product prices and refund policy for items purchased via the internet. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at execommsys@msn.com 

General Return Policy:

 

If you are not satisfied with the purchase you have made via the internet, either by faxing, telephoning or e-mailing your order information, you may return the item for refund within 30 days of purchase in its original product box, undamaged and with all packing included. Sorry shipping charges cannot be refunded. Refunds cannot be given if the unit appears to have been damaged, abused or is returned with any parts missing. Software must be unopened and in original packaging.

 

Credit Card Refunds:

 

Most return transactions are completed within 15 days after they are received. Depending upon your credit card issuer, it may            take two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Check Credits:

 

If you paid by check, most return transactions are completed within 20 days after they are received. You can either elect to have a   store credit or receive a full refund if the items have not been shipped. We are sorry, but if the the items have been shipped to you     and you have returned them, we cannot refund the shipping charges.

 

Special Orders:

 

Special orders require payment in full prior to shipping. Exchange or merchandise credit on all returned special order                  merchandise - valid for 2 years from the date of return. All items subject to stock on hand and availability. Not responsible                 for discontinued items or delivery delays caused by the manufacturer.

 

Product Repair Information:

 

To send a product to Executive Communication Systems for repair, please follow the guidelines listed below:

 

  • Use a corrugated cardboard box such as those made available by USPS, FEDEX or UPS, and ample packing material.
  • Do not send in an envelope.
  • Insure your package.
  • Choose a carrier that offers package tracking or delivery confirmation.
Executive Communication Systems will not be responsible for any shipping damage that may occur during the shipping                  process, so please pack your repair item as safely and securely as possible.

Credit Card Purchase Information:

 

If ordering by credit card: VISA - MasterCard - Discover - fax or e-mail, please specify card number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card, name and telephone number of the bank that issued the credit card (usually located on the back of the card),    and the last three digits on the back of the card, just above the signature line.

FRAUD PROTECTION NOTICE

Executive Communication Systems verifies all credit card information and prosecutes fraudulent transactions to the      fullest extent of the law. If we are unable to positively verify the credit card information provided, you will be contacted and asked to provide additional information before your transaction is

processed.

 

Please Note: For VISA/MC/Discover Cards: The card verification (CVV2/CVC2) number is a 3-digit number that appears on the BACK of the credit card on the signature panel. It is the last 3 digits of the number printed on the signature panel.

 

Free Shipping: Terms and Conditions

 

This offer is only valid on items that are marked "Free Shipping." "Free Shipping" items are labeled on the applicable product page.     All items eligible for "Free Shipping" will be  marked and items not marked are not eligible. "Free Shipping" only applies to               orders shipped via USPS  Priority Air within the United States. APO/FPO addresses are excluded from "Free Shipping." This offer        does not apply to Second Day or Next Day shipping. Overweight and oversized items are not eligible for "Free Shipping." Customer is  responsible for all shipping costs on returned merchandise. The "Free Shipping" offer can be modified terminated at any time without notice.

We ship as quickly as possible and always reasonably priced. Actual shipping time is contingent upon the availability of the merchandise, order day and credit verification. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of any delay, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or fax. Your order will be sent either by UPS or USPS Priority Mail, unless you specify otherwise. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice. International Orders:  Duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Minimum shipping charge: $5.00

 

International Shipping Information:

 

For Overseas Orders:
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master, Diners Club and Discover. We also accept certified checks, money orders, travelers checks all in USA dollars.  For bank transfers call our customer service for bank details.

 

Shipping Overseas: The shipping and billing address "MUST" be the same as the billing statement address.  We will not ship to an alternate address. (This is for your protection from mail order fraud.) We can ship your order via UPS, USPS Priority Air, USPS Global Air or Express Mail, or International Federal Express, depending on the weight, value and destination of your merchandise.
 

Sorry, but we are not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, customs or taxes, which you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you. We recommend shipping all international orders via FEDEX Economy or USPS Global  Express Mail, and not air parcel post, as they cannot be easily tracked. Your order can also be shipped via your own carrier, if desired.

 

Please be aware that your order may be in your local customs office and they may or may not contact you upon its arrival or prior to delivery. Upon arrival in the destination country and upon clearing customs, your item may be awaiting transfer to the delivery agent for delivery to you. The amount of time varies and depends upon the agent.  In some instances, you maybe required to pick-up your order directly from the post office or customs office. All undeliverable international orders will be returned to us. Prior to shipping your order we will provide you with an estimated delivery date via e-mail, as supplied to us by the shipper. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping or orders that maybe held in customs. Consult your local government import or customs office with any questions and for further information. Shipping, Handling and Insurance costs are in addition to the item purchase price.
