90 days both parts and labor and a year on the parts

Labor: For a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, if this Product is determined to be defective, Sony will repair or replace the Product, at its option, at no charge, or pay the the labor charges to any Sony Authorized Service Facility. (Executive Communication Systems is a Sony Authorized Service Facility) After the warranty period, you must pay all labor charges.

Parts: In addition, Sony will supply, at no charge, new or re-bulit replacements  in exchange for defective parts for a period of one (1) year. After 90 days from the date of purchase, labor for removal and installation is available from Sony Authorized Service Facilities (Executive Communication Systems is a Sony Authorized Service Facility)or a Sony Service Center at your expense.

Then it "gives" what’s been recorded, playing it back for transcribing or just listening. The Sony M-2000 and the Sony M-2020A have an automatic backspace that replays the last few seconds for transcribing confirmation, and variable playback speed for greater transcribing accuracy. Compact design needs little desk space. Foot Control and listening device are included. Note: The Sony M-2020A includes the HU-25 microphone, FS-25 foot control and DE-45 listening device.
