If you are not satisfied with the purchase you have made via the internet, either by faxing, telephoning or e-mailing your order information, you may return the item for refund within 30 days of purchase in its original product box, undamaged and with all packing included. Sorry shipping charges cannot be refunded. Refunds cannot be given if the unit appears to have been damaged, abused or is returned with any parts missing. Software must be unopened and in original packaging.

Product Return Information:

To return a product to Executive Communication Systems, please follow the guidelines listed below:

 

- Use a corrugated cardboard box such as those made available by USPS, FEDEX or UPS, and ample packing material.

- Do not send in an envelope.

- Insure your package.

- Choose a carrier that offers package tracking or delivery confirmation.

 

Executive Communication Systems will not be responsible for any shipping damage that may occur during the shipping process, so please pack your return item(s) as safely and securely as possible.

Credit Card Refunds:

Most return transactions are completed within 15 days after they are received. Depending upon your credit card issuer, it may take two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Check Credits:

If you paid by check, most return transactions are completed within 20 days after they are received. You can either elect to have a store credit or receive a full refund if the items have not been shipped. We are sorry, but if the items have been shipped to you and you have returned them, we cannot refund the shipping charges.

Special Orders:

Special orders require payment in full prior to shipping. Exchange or merchandise credit on all returned special order merchandise. All items subject to stock on hand and availability. Not responsible for discontinued items or delivery delays caused by the manufacturer. Please be advised: items purchased and returned that are not on our website, not in our warehouse or are special order are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee to cover credit card processing services, purchasing and return services, shipping and handling, re-stocking and invoicing.
