The DigtaSoft PC software, suitable for small or medium-sized
networks, can be installed quickly and easily using a built-in
wizard. Registration occurs when users log on to Windows, so
there is no need to enter an additional password. DigtaSoft is
compatible with modern voice recognition systems and the
software is scalable to allow for expansion. An upgrade to the
more function-rich DigtaSoft Pro is possible at any time.

High Quality Digital Sound
The
DSSPro voice standard delivers even higher quality audio
recording and allows voice files to be encrypted. DigtaSoft
supports the transfer of dictations to the secretary via the
internal network or as e-mail attachments. Despite file
compression, the voice files suffer no reduction in quality. The
author can insert or delete dictation passages and link
additional information to the voice file at any time. The
devices and accessories are also extremely durable to enable
users to get the most out of their kits.

The Digta Conference Station offers an optimum solution
for recording conferences of up to 20 persons. During the recording the
device uses radar-like technology to focus specifically on the person
speaking. Shown at left: Complete Digital Conference Recording
system. Light-weight, Compact and easy to set-up.
The Digta Conference Station uses an array of eight
microphones and beamforming technology to reduce sound interference.
This unique technology locates a speaker and automatically (and
electronically) steers a listening beam, which is like an acoustic
searchlight, in the direction of the person who is talking. This process
creates spatial filtering; sounds from other parts of the room are
diminished. In addition, the Digta Conference Station
samples constant background noise (fans and so forth) and subtracts it.
The dual-mode noise reduction, coupled with increased sensitivity
because the Digta Conference Station's eight microphone
elements are used continuously and constructively, gives the
Digta Conference Station outstanding range and sound quality.
